Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 2 hours before your scheduled treatment time may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without providing notice, a 50% fee of the treatment cost may apply.

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Where there are reasonable or extenuating circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments can make it difficult for us to offer that time to another client. This policy helps us manage our appointment schedule and ensures fairness to all clients.
